Frank Wiener

Frank received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After practicing law at Wiener & Mandell, he founded the first video court reporting company in the U.S., Magne-Script. His innovative method of reporting combined the duties of videographer and court reporter into one person, a digital court reporter. In 1999, the company became the first paperless digital court reporting company when Frank decided to utilize an online repository for all transcripts, and Magne-Script became Textnet - text on the internet. Frank passed in 2013. His vision of digital court reporting continues to improve at Textnet Digital Court Reporting by providing clients with the latest technology available in the industry.

Eva Walsh, president

Eva Walsh

Eva received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has worked in the family court reporting business since high school. In 2013, Eva became the owner of the company. Eva has more than 18 years of experience in digital court reporting, transcribing and management. She is a member of the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers, and has earned the designations of Certified Electronic Reporter and Certified Digital and Legal Transcriber.
